6. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in your contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products used. Warranty terms and conditions will be clearly outlined in your project contract. Any warranty claims must be reported to us promptly in writing.

7. Limitations of Liability

Sunflo Construction is fully licensed and insured. However, our liability is limited to the scope of work specified in your contract. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to personal property not covered under the contract
• Consequential or incidental damages
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, material shortages, etc.)

8. Permits and Compliance

We will obtain all necessary permits and ensure work complies with applicable building codes and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to authorize work on the property.

9. Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property during normal business hours. You are responsible for securing personal property and pets away from work areas. We will maintain a clean and safe work area to the best of our ability.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms will be specified in your contract. Deposits may be refundable under certain circumstances as outlined in your agreement. Work performed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

11. Website Use

Our website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sunflo Construction and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith discussions. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as specified in your contract, or through the appropriate courts in Florida.
